Scion Wood - Closed for 2026, will reopen January 2027
We plan to open our website for scionwood sales in January 2027. The opening of the website is dependent on Tom’s deer hunting success in January and weather. We open the website after Tom evaluates all the trees, creates a supply estimate and gives those numbers to Kathy for the website. Shipping & handling is $10 minimum.
Deadlines for ordering scion wood varies with type:
Apple, Pear & Plum – February 28
Heartnut, Chestnut, Pawpaw & Persimmon – March 31

Staring in 2024, we sell all scionwood by the “Stick”. Each stick is 8 inches long. This replaces the “foot” we have previously used. This allows us to fit the wood into a small Flat Rate Box from the USPS. Because of quarantines and/or distance we do not ship to the states of Hawaii, Florida, California, Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
